1. About Vytal

Vytal is a stock research platform for Indian markets that is not yet open to the public. It is currently a pre-launch project run by two individuals, Aman Jain and Arman Shaikh, based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. Vytal is not yet an incorporated company. "Vytal", "we" and "us" refer to them.

Right now, this website does two things: it describes what we're building, and it lets you join a waitlist. The Vytal app is not available to the public. When it opens, it will come with its own terms, which you will see and agree to before creating an account.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this website, in our emails, or on our social media channels is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

• Vytal is not currently registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Research Analyst or an Investment Adviser. We are applying for Research Analyst registration and will not offer any service that requires registration until it is granted.
• Anything we publish, including educational posts, explanations of company filings, and examples involving named companies, is for general information and education only.
• Company names that appear on this website, including in its background animation, are shown for illustration only. They are not recommendations and imply no endorsement or relationship.
• Investing in securities involves risk, including the loss of capital. Make your own decisions, and consult a SEBI-registered professional if you need advice suited to your situation.

3. Joining the waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free. We don't ask for or accept any payment.
• Joining gives you no guaranteed right to access Vytal, and no guaranteed launch date, features, or pricing. What we describe on this website may change before launch.
• You must be 18 or older to join.
• Please use your own email address. Don't sign up anyone else without their permission.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• submit fake, automated, or bulk signups, or try to bypass our spam protection;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website using automated means;
• use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm others.

We may block access or remove waitlist entries that break these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Vytal name, logo, website design, text, graphics and animations belong to us, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to this website for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their respective owners.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to our social media pages and may link to other sites. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we don't control.

7. No warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the waitlist, or from relying on anything published on it or on our social media channels. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
